To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, except as expressly stated in a service agreement:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We do not warrant that our services will meet all your requirements
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altilix AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
